Mica material from mica tape manufacturers is an important insulation material for high-voltage motor windings, mainly used for insulation wrapping of high-voltage motor coils. The rated current varies, and the floor of mica material wrapping the coil varies.
Mica materials from mica tape manufacturers have advantages such as insulation, heat resistance, and stable physical quality. They have good fire resistance, toughness, and ductility, and are widely used in the decoration industry, fire protection industry, as well as industrial products such as welding rods, plastics, electrical insulation, paper industry, asphalt paper, plastics, and pearl pigments; The insulation of high-voltage motor windings is one of the practical applications of mica materials.
The mica material used for high-voltage motor windings is generally strip shaped and is used for insulation solutions of high-voltage motor coils. This insulation solution is carried out after the high-voltage motor coils are formed and gelatinized. For coils of motors with higher rated currents, there will be more layers of mica material stacked around them.
According to the differences in processing technology among various manufacturing enterprises, the wrapping of mica materials generally adopts manual, semi manual, semi mechanical, and automatic wrapping methods. Relatively speaking, in the manual wrapping process, it is possible to detect some unsuitability of the coil or insulation material early, but the tightness and consistency of the wrapping and compression are not easy to grasp, and there are many human factors involved; When using semi-automatic and fully automatic assembly lines to wrap coils, the wrapping efficiency is relatively high, and the consistency of the wrapping tape compression is also relatively good. Therefore, automated wrapping machine equipment is gradually entering high-voltage motor manufacturing enterprises. However, regardless of the wrapping method, the top of the coil can only be wrapped by hand. Due to the special appearance of the top, wrapping is difficult. However, the winding top happens to be the location where the magnetic field strength of the high-voltage motor is very uneven, which is prone to corona discharge and is the key to winding production and manufacturing.
The insulation and softness characteristics of mica materials from mica tape manufacturers ensure good contact and insulation properties between the coil and the iron core when inserted. In order to ensure good insulation characteristics of winding and avoid electrical corrosion during motor operation, every effort should be made to reduce the probability of gaps in the coil wrapping process, and to ensure the actual effect of the arrangement of mica material layers between layers in the wrapping process; In the soaking and drying process of motor windings, especially for the use of vacuum pressure equipment technology, it can fill the gap in the entire insulation wrapping process.
In order to reinforce the insulation characteristics of the motor and avoid the problem of corona discharge during high-voltage motor operation, mica material is wrapped before wrapping resistance tape. A part of the parallel line edge of the coil is wrapped with low insertion loss, while the top of the coil is wrapped with high insertion loss. In the bandaging process, the insertion positions of high insertion loss and low resistance tapes must be manipulated in a timely manner to prevent bandaging gaps. The resistance tape wrapped around the coil can effectively alleviate the contact between the coil and the iron core, reduce the gap between the coil and the iron core, and provide a certain buffering effect on its mica insulation material. In manufacturing and processing, necessary measures should be taken to carry out insulation filling when there is a large gap between the coil and the iron core.
