The filling materials for wires and cables include PP mesh filling rope, polypropylene filling rope, cable filling rope, cable hemp rope, etc. Each type of filling material is different. Today, we will briefly introduce cable filling rope to you.
The main purpose of cable filling rope is to keep the cable round and improve the roundness of the finished cable product. Meanwhile, the filling rope can also assist in improving the cable's resistance to tension and sway. Cable filling rope is suitable for filling flame-retardant cables, fire-resistant cables, halogen-free low smoke flame-retardant cables, fire-resistant (oxygen) layer cables, and low halogen low smoke flame-retardant cables.
At present, there are many cable filling ropes on the market, and more and more cable filling ropes are being used in cables. Cable filling ropes are widely used for filling non hygroscopic materials during cable formation, such as control cables, power cables, cross-linked cables, and high-voltage cables.
